Quiznos Appoints Andrew Skehan President, EMEA

Experienced Senior Executive with Strong Track Record in International Brand Development Expected to Accelerate Quiznos Growth Overseas

DENVER, CO – 5 April, 2007 – Quiznos, one of the nation’s fastest-growing quick service restaurant chains, today announced the appointment of Andrew G. Skehan as President of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, effective April 23rd. Mr. Skehan will report directly to Greg Brenneman, Quiznos CEO, President and Partner.

“Andy’s comprehensive experiences leading development, operations and marketing in diverse and challenging markets will prove invaluable as we look to rapidly expand our international business,” said Mr. Brenneman. “His appointment reaffirms our commitment to international development, which is a key element to our strategic growth plan.”

Mr. Skehan will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic growth plan for Quiznos European, African and Middle Eastern businesses, and for developing local teams to build regional business and brand development, including supply chain management, logistics, infrastructure, and franchise owner recruitment. Mr. Skehan and Quiznos regional headquarters will be based out of Dublin, Ireland.

Mr. Skehan joins Quiznos after 8 years at Churchill Downs Inc. where he last served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Regional Director, Marketing and New Markets for Nabisco EMEA where he was based in Barcelona, Spain. Before that, he spent 8 years with PepsiCo Restaurants International where he developed Pizza Hut and KFC’s international businesses in the Czech and Slovak Republics and held a series of operational positions. He is on the Board of Trustees for Norton Healthcare.
